​Mom Rage and Your Unmet Needs

​This workshop addresses "mom rage" and the unmet emotional needs that often fuel intense feelings of anger and frustration in motherhood. Through a combination of psychoeducation, self-reflection exercises, and coping strategies, participants will learn to identify underlying stressors, recognize the impact of unmet needs, and develop healthier responses to emotional triggers.

​Danielle Gordon, LPC, PMH-C, NCC is a trauma-informed clinician, certified perinatal mental health specialist, and licensed clinical therapist focused on maternal well-being. She has worked with healthcare settings, developed programs for expectant and new mothers, and trained therapists. As a compassionate specialist, she offers support to both parents and professionals, helping navigate the challenges of motherhood.
